the beach access was a charm, with golden sand. ayush and sri chitraagupt ensured my visit was nice. the infinity pool overlooks the sea creating the best view. the breakfast had a variety of options which i fully enjoyed.
The executive lounge snack service felt inconsistent. Snacks arrived before drinks.

poor check-inslow housekeeping
The check-in process was poor. it took a long time to find the room numbers and retrieve my id. The front office staff seemed disorganized. housekeeping was slow, and we waited an hour for bubble bath lotion. the blanket was wet one time.

the check-in process was smooth. i was even offered a complimentary drink while my room was being prepared. the hotel offers fantastic amenities including a terrace pool and a 24x7 shuttle for the beach. i really appreciated the concierge's recommendations for local dining.
The rooms were disappointingly small and lacked basic amenities. every small favor i requested was denied under some "rules". breakfast time was the most saddening. I waited 25 minutes for a spoon and fork and eventually retrieved them myself.

this hotel have amazing clean rooms and friendly staff always ready for help. i got access to the sister hotel facilities too, its pool and private beach, i like this thing. spa here, it gives extra special experience, all views making it special.
the air conditioning wasn't really good one night, i felt it a little, they need fix this thing.
